JED Events is one of Switzerland's leading event locations—and so much more: a stage for emotional experiences, a place full of energy, passion, and enjoyment. We create unforgettable moments in our former NZZ printing plant in Schlieren and with our catering concepts Eve's Kitchen and Mate Catering.

To ensure that our guests are well looked after from the first contact to the last applause, we need you – a sales talent with a flair for hospitality, a good overview and drive.

 

What you bring to the table – no compromises:

  • Solid education (hotel management school or event management)
  • Several years of experience in event management, the hotel industry, or banqueting – essential
  • Business fluent German and English skills
  • Organizational skills for parallel projects
  • Strong customer focus, high quality standards, and an extra dose of passion
  • Strong communication skills, confident presentation skills, and a professional demeanor
  • Proficient in MS Office – and if you are a banqueting professional, all the better

Your everyday life – as diverse as you are:

  • Sales & consulting: passionate sales and coordination of our event spaces for meetings and events
  • Customer service: conducting consultations, ensuring smooth processes, and generating enthusiasm
  • Shared responsibility for the smooth running of corporate and private events
  • Organization: creating forecasts, capacity utilization and room plans, and maintaining the booking system
  • Administrative tasks: correspondence, accounting, controlling, and data maintenance
  • Representation: appearances at trade fairs, customer events, and industry events
