Event hall

This is where the magic happens: the heart of our event location - the former NZZ printing hall. What has been achieved here can be called unique. A spectacular location & technical sophistication are the perfect setting for classic and creative events with a WOW effect.

Foyer J

Spacious, open, welcoming - the attributes say it all. The first impression counts! The foyer of the event hall is guaranteed to impress.

Offset

Plug & Play - we say. Your message, an iPad, a screen and off you go. A light-flooded 240m2 offers space for up to 180 guests, who can enjoy our spectacular terrace as well as a wide range of conference comforts.

Bridge

The name says it all -  the bridge connects the "J" and "E" parts of the building and offers you many possibilities to complement your event in the offset or the event hall.

Taverne

Small but mighty! Your guests are guaranteed to be amazed at the first sight of this gem, which even the NZZ board members appreciated.

Eve’s Kitchen

Bienvenue mes amis - our restaurant has plenty of French flair and charming hostesses. You can feel the real Montmartre vibes over a coffee on our terrace, which illuminates Eve's through a floor-to-ceiling glass front and connects it to a further 130 seats.

The event hall, including the gallery level, offers space for up to 640 people in concert seating.

When the event hall is at full capacity, we cater for your guests in Foyer J.

Conferences and meetings for less than 100 people will find the perfect room solution in the combination of Bridge & Offset.

JED Events ist am Züricher Stadtrand in Schlieren gelegen und optimal in das Nahverkehrsnetz eingebunden. International anreisende Gäste erreichen uns vom Flughafen Zürich der 10km entfernt ist. Vom Hauptbahnhof Zürich trennen uns 6.5km und nur drei Haltestellen mit dem Zug.

Die Haltestelle «Wagonfabrik» liegt auf der Tramlinie 2 und der Limmattalbahn gegenüber des JED-Areals.

You are welcome to bring your own partners in the areas of furniture, technology, decoration and floristry. We will take care of the catering part of your events.

Our venue technicians from Winkler Livecom are professionals in handling our equipment. They also support and advise your trusted technical partner on the implementation of your event.

The JED-Events furniture is simple, timeless and fits perfectly into all event formats. If you would still like to bring or rent your own furniture, we will be happy to advise you.

We are convinced that we are your catering partner of the future. We design the menu for your event to suit the occasion. That's why the catering for your guests remains in our hands.

From CHF 150 per person, you can organize a congress including conference catering at JED.
